Fixed a bug where toggling full screen would fail to resize the quest and dialog UIs appropriately

Fixed a bug where the player wouldn't get healed between chapter 1 and chapter 2

Hex boss fight image pop-out now lasts 2 seconds; fight continues without user having to press a key

Dialog text now appears faster

Treasure pickups now notify the player of how much treasure he has acquired

Available treasure is now always shown in the shop

Modified menu default close option to be "Cancel" instead of "Quit"
